She began her career nearly five years ago as a front desk agent—with no prior experience—and through hard work, determination, and the support of her mentors, she has risen to the role of General Manager.
When asked about her career path, Jenn shared:
“I’ll be five years with Valley this November. I’m sincerely grateful for the mentorship and opportunities to develop professionally that I’ve received—it has helped me move from a front desk agent with no experience to a general manager in five years’ time. I think this speaks volumes for Valley’s culture of investing in people and cultivating leadership. The managers I’ve worked with have modeled servant leadership to me and inspired me to love hospitality and pursue it as a lifelong career. I love City Mills! I’m excited to be leading my team into the year ahead!”
