A recent situation perfectly highlights Michael’s dedication to exceptional guest se

rvice. We had a guest and his wife staying with us shortly after she underwent surgery. Michael went above and beyond to ensure their comfort and well-being during this sensitive time.

When the husband mentioned that they had to skip dinner due to being at the hospital late, Michael immediately took initiative. Even though the kitchen had already closed for the night, he went down to see what could be prepared. Thanks to his efforts, he was able to bring two warm bowls of potato soup with crackers, drinks, and sandwiches to their room.

Michael didn’t stop there, he also brought up two warm towels so the guest’s wife could make herself more comfortable. His actions, while small, made a significant difference in their experience, turning what could have been a stressful stay into a restful and comforting one.

This is a clear example of Michael embodying our hotel’s commitment to outstanding hospitality. His compassion and initiative are an inspiration to the entire team. 🎉
