Although Paola has not been with the company for a long time, she has already made an incredible impact. From day one, she has shown she can handle significant responsibility with a positive, “yes” attitude and a strong desire to support her team and property in every way possible.

Paola joined Valley Hospitality as the Executive Housekeeper at Hampton Inn Fort Benning, where her leadership, expertise, and hands-on approach quickly stood out. Her ability to take ownership, solve problems, and lead with confidence played a key role in her recent promotion to Assistant General Manager. This promotion is a direct reflection of her work ethic, adaptability, and commitment to excellence.

Paola is known for being exceptionally helpful, reliable, and versatile, bringing a wide range of talents to everything she does. Her can-do attitude and operational knowledge have significantly benefited not only Hampton Inn Fort Benning, but Valley Hospitality as a whole. She consistently steps up where needed and leads by example, making her an invaluable resource to her team and peers.
