Welton has never ceased to amaze our team. He arrives each day with a positive attitude and is truly never in a bad mood. His kindness toward our guests is unmatched, and he has an incredible ability to remember names, something our returning guests appreciate deeply. His warm demeanor and genuine care make everyone feel welcome the moment they step through our doors.

Welton’s dedication also shines through in his willingness to step in wherever he’s needed. On multiple occasions, when a guest expected stayover service but did not receive it for various reasons, Welton didn’t hesitate. Instead of saying it wasn’t part of his role, he personally went to the room to change bedding, empty trash, and refresh towels, all with a smile and without a single complaint. His initiative ensures our guests always feel valued and well cared for.

Welton is also a top performer in enrolling new Hilton Honors members, consistently leading the team in sign-ups and strengthening loyalty to the Hilton brand. His enthusiasm when speaking with guests, paired with his ability to make genuine connections, makes this achievement no surprise.
