We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Shannon Holley to Food & Beverage Director at DoubleTree!
Shannon’s journey with Valley Hospitality began in 2019 at The Bibb Mill, and since then, she’s continually impressed with her leadership and culinary expertise. She moved to the Marriott, serving as Kitchen Manager and Banquet Chef, before stepping into the role of
Executive Sous Chef overseeing all properties. Her dedication, creativity, and passion for excellence have now led her to her newest role at DoubleTree.
We’re excited to see all that Shannon accomplishes in this next chapter, from innovative menus to elevated guest experiences across our properties.
